Fabrication: 

Gyver has a 50’ by 100’ fully tooled fabrication shop with machining capabilities to; cut, mill, turn, and weld components. Within the shop Gyver has a 20’ by 50’ x 3/8” thick steel plate welding floor to facilitate the fabrication of large frames and skids. Gyvers welders are experienced in welding a variety of materials including Steel, Stainless Steel, and Duplex Stainless Steel. In addition to our facilities fabrication capabilities; Gyver has a fully mobile fabrication setup for all your onsite professional fabrication needs; equipped with a band saw, drill press, liquid cooled Tig welder, Mig welder plasma cutters, pipe turners, pipe rollers and much more.  

Gyver has two forklifts up to 18,000 Lbs. in capacity to handle large projects. 

Other fabrication capabilities include control panels (UL & CUL certified), commercial & industrial electrical wiring, pneumatic tubing, welded & threaded pipe fitting, plastics pipe fitting, pumping systems, and more. 

Installation: 

Gyver has performed and managed various installations of small equipment to large equipment/systems up to multi-million dollars in size. 

Our capabilities include heavy equipment moving, locating & installation, large and small process piping installation (steel, stainless steel, PVC/CPVC), and on site fabrication & installation.
